As members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, our appraisers have been educated with the necessary skills to present detailed and knowledgeable property appraisals. These reports are widely accepted by courts, real estate corporations, lending institutions, mortgage brokerages, all levels of government and private individuals.

Jennifer Skinn, AACI, P.APP

Jennifer is the owner of Musso Appraisals, she is also the owner and Broker of Record of Trius Realty Inc. She received her Bachelor’s of Management and Organizational Studies from the University of Western Ontario in 2007 and promptly dove head first into the world of residential real estate, listing and selling properties in London, as a real estate sales representative. Jennifer joined the Appraisal Institute of Canada as a Candidate Member in 2014, and was awarded her AACI, P.App designation in 2019. During this time she also earned a Certificate in Residential Valuation and Post Graduate Certificate in Valuation from UBC. 

Mario Musso, AACI, P.APP

Mario is proud to be in the business for the past 30+ years. Mario started his appraisal career in 1986 as a Candidate Appraiser and was awarded the CRA Designation in 1991 and in 1997 Designated as an AACI. Mario is also a member of the “Right of Way Association” undertaking assignments on behalf of local and federal agencies. From 1991 to the end of 2014 Mario has volunteered his time with the Waterloo-Wellington Appraisal Chapter under many capacities with the longest serving title as Treasurer.  He served as Director with the Kitchener-Waterloo Real Estate Board from 2001 to 2008. Within this time frame served as President of the KW Board in 2006. In 2008 Mario trained and served as a Peer Reviewer on behalf of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has taken over the responsibility as Chair of this Committee from 2012 to May of 2018. During this time period Mario also sat on Professional Standards and AAC representing Peer Review and in 2015 received the “Presidents Award” for outstanding contribution to the Appraisal Organization. Today Mario continues to undertake Peer Review and Professional Practice assignments. In 2017 Mario was appointed “Director” with Cambridge Rehabilitation Homes, a non-profit organization. He has been serving Southwest and Central Ontario undertaking appraisal assignments that include residential, non-residential properties on behalf of the general public, buyers, sellers, government agencies, solicitors, lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate brokers.

Ashita Chandra, AIC Candidate Member

Ashita is a Candidate member of AIC working towards an AACI designation and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours). She has been a Realtor for 13 plus years with a wealth of experience negotiating contracts with a strong focus on customer service. She is energetic, detail oriented with strong analysis and a problem solving skills. Resourceful and diligent with varied experience of business administration she goes out of her way to make sure the task at hand is completed to the best of her abilities. She is adventurous and likes new challenges to tackle. She has a long history of volunteering with the local city library and her local refugee action forum as a steering committee member. An enthusiastic student she likes to learn new things. Family, food, books and outdoor adventures are her favorite things!

Brian Haase, AIC Candidate Member

Brian is an AIC Candidate Member with Musso Appraisals.

Bruce Parravicino, AIC Candidate Member

After eight years in the real estate sector in Barbados, Bruce followed his passion for horse racing moving to the US, then later Canada where he continues to work in the industry. After settling into Canadian life, Bruce has Jumped back into real estate / appraisal sector, becoming an AIC Candidate Member at the start of 2022. He is an integral member of the Musso team with the beautiful support of his wife.

Everton Dixon, AIC Candidate Member

After graduating from York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Everton Dixon grew his understanding of the financial industry through working for BMO Bank of Montreal and RBC  Insurance.  He joined the mortgage industry to help people avoid the limitations set by traditional banks and financial institutions.  Everton was motivated by the fact that he could help Canadians find more flexibility and better mortgage terms.  Early in his mortgage career Everton, enrolled in the Real Property Administration (Assessment & Appraisal) at Seneca College.  Once he completed his Ontario College Diploma in Real Property Administration and his Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning, he was employed with Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) as a property inspector.  After enrolling in several courses in the Real Estate Divison at the University of British Columbia School of Business he decided to register with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and enter the private sector of property assessment in commercial and residential space.  Everton is currently an AIC Candidate working towards his AACI designation.

Justin Shea, AIC Candidate Member

Justin is an AIC Candidate Member with Musso Appraisals.

Manuela Costerus, AIC Candidate Member

Manuela Costerus, is an AIC Candidate Member with Musso Appraisals, as well as, an agent for Trius Realty.

Martin Campbell, Office Administrator

Martin has been in the real estate industry spanning over 20 years. Having held a variety of responsibilities including relocation counselling, account management, and supply chain networking, Martin has accomplished the necessary customer service and administrative expertise to optimally assist clients with the appraisal process.

Robert Theodosiou, AIC Candidate Member

Robert combines real estate experience and extensive training with dedication and communication that make clients feel supported and that you have an appraiser by your side.  In 2022 he commenced taking the appraisal designation program at UBC and is currently an AIC candidate member with Musso Appraisals.

Susan Hunter, AIC Candidate Member

Susan is an AIC Candidate working towards her CRA designation. She has been working as a Realtor in the area since 2001 and continues to serve her many past clients, friends and family. While loving her work, she enjoys her family and friends and all life has to offer!
